01
Set the qualification rules before launching
An affordable form submission can still be irrelevant. We define service territory, project types, exclusions, minimum fit when appropriate, and how the team evaluates an inquiry. Those choices inform campaigns and conversion settings before bidding automation is introduced. A metropolitan Chicago campaign should not default to the broadest available radius. Your workable geography and capacity are business inputs; the location name in a keyword is not enough to prevent unsuitable demand.
02
Keep search terms and geography under review
Match behavior and location settings can bring traffic beyond the exact words or audience you expected. Search-term review, negative keywords, brand separation, and service-specific groups make that spending easier to understand. Informational searches, recruiting queries, and supplier inquiries may require different treatment from provider-selection intent. Automation needs reliable signals and supervision. We avoid promising that a particular campaign type will automatically produce profitable leads regardless of your offer or market conditions.
03
Give each service promise a matching page
The destination should continue the ad’s message, state genuine coverage, and explain the service sufficiently for a decision. A quote request and a consultation need different context. Mobile controls, required fields, and submission confirmation should be tested together. Missing evidence should not be replaced by manufactured reviews or guaranteed outcomes. Landing-page work and ad management are related but separate scope items, so the proposal should explain who supplies content and implements page changes.
04
Separate media costs from management and lead quality
Advertising spend is paid to the platform and is distinct from service fees. Reporting should show budget use, relevant conversions, and qualified inquiry cost when your follow-up records make it measurable. Platform totals can differ from confirmed leads, so the review explains the distinction. Auction competition, service demand, landing-page quality, and response handling all affect results. We use sales feedback to refine the campaign rather than treating every recorded conversion as equally valuable.
Questions worth asking.
Can you guarantee a cost per lead?
No. Auctions, offer fit, conversion quality, and follow-up influence costs. The budget and evaluation criteria should be agreed before launch.
Are Google Ads fees the same as ad spend?
No. Management fees and platform advertising spend are separate and should be itemized in the proposal.
